CanSat5 passed the First Pre-Flight Test.
- Prior to payload integration.
- Used one 9volt.
- All pings were acknowledged.

CanSat5 failed Final Pre-Flight Test.
- Used three fresh 9volts.
- Bus received GS ping just once. All other ping attempts failed.

The result of our CanSat was that it did not fly.

What happened?

At the first Pre-Flight Test with the Ground Station, we did not have the payload integrated, and we used a single 9 volt battery to power the CanSat. For all of the pings attempted, all were received and acknowledged by our CanSat. Our CanSat passed this test.

At the second and final pre-flight test, we had the sensor payload integrated , and we used three fresh 9 volt batteries, more than enough ampere-hours to power two CanSat5s. For all pings attempted, the CanSat was able to receive and acknowledge only one of them.

Our CanSat was deemed not flight-worthy : (
